I have a 2004 ES330 taking into consideration a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but later than I go as regards turns on onto highway ramps, in the same way as I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon in imitation of the thesame engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights twist on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively additional battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried consequently far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. bearing in mind I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems fine except that the TPS stays constant approaching 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model suitably it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I bow to the TPS is integrated as soon as the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: whatever else you want the mechanic to know back I link up you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a little more about the problem history. It currently has a master tech ascribed idle expose manage valve and tps installed. without distressing anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would control in the car without this symptom.
Hello the TPS does have an effect upon switching the car into idle mode in view of that I'd recommend to create determined the throttle dish is 100% closed and not slightly ashore past carbon. and later adapt the TPS therefore that the IDL attach is continuous to the E2 glue later than the throttle is closed, and admission circuit next the throttle is just cracked. Don't cause problems more or less any voltages, the IDL edit is the in point of fact important one.
