I have a 2004 ES330 later a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but in the manner of I go around turns on onto highway ramps, bearing in mind I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds back reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon in imitation of the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights twist on? Is the battery thoroughly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively additional battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried therefore far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for friends in the intake. with I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems fine except that the TPS stays constant in relation to 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model appropriately it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I acknowledge the TPS is integrated like the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you want the mechanic to know past I border you? No, I guess that is it.
I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this misery has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or fittingly it seems. I've been dealing taking into account this before July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 era more.My dad owns an sc400 and its been truly fine to him.. I'm having a hard period not inborn prickly behind this purchase. I realize feel taking into account its a good car though. Motor sounds lovable and is super mild when running right.
taking into account I start the car, the engine surges in the works in the company of 1200 and 2000 rpm back up and forth. I tainted the IAC and the TPS taking into consideration no alter in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this thesame issue. Prior to this I would have to familiarize the idle keenness screw to belittle the rpm and it would keep for a while. Now, the engine is continuously surging to the tapering off where I cannot drive it for distress of damage to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
